The Company was established in 1988 with a meager investment as an ancillary unit for M/s. Bharat Bijlee Ltd. And subsequently worked for M/s. Simon Carves India Ltd. Engaged in designing & installation of various chemical and construction projects.

In 1989, the Company diversified in Oil & Gas Industry, manufacturing, fabricating & machined items as per clients’ requirement. Today, the Company has a turnover of Rs. 80 million.
 

Trading

The Company is also engaged into supply of various items required by the client as well as supply of skilled and unskilled labours for onshore / offshore activities.

Engineering / Designing

We have developed adequate expertise in Engineering / Designing of various projects with Autocad Application. Our recent accomplishment is the designing of 60’ long “U-160” Burner Boom with all accessories for our client Transocean Sedco Forex.

Single Value / Maximum Contract

The company has to its credit of carrying a single job of over Rs. 20 million for “Repair and Upgrade of Rig PN – III” for M/s SAIPEM & Rs. 14 million for “Hull Renewal on all Jack –Up Rigs of O.N.G.C.” for M/s. Oil & Natural Gas Commission Ltd. Recently we have carried out Leg Repair of jack up Rig SAGAR PRAGATI of value Rs. 250 million.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

We also carryout Quality Assurance / Quality Control oriented jobs under third party inspection by agencies like ABS, DNV, IRS, etc.

Site Jobs

We undertake site jobs for Designing / Fabrication / Erection / Sand Blasting / Painting and Commissioning of Steel structures, Pipelines, Tanks, Vessels (CS + SS), etc. as per the client’s requirements.
